Exception:

Unable to read data from the transport connection: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

Explanation:

The above exception pops up when doing a Get operation on a specific file in the build environment.

WorkAround:

Perform the following steps on your build agent by opening the Team Explorer\Visual Studio IDE.
